There is an established stereotype: Charisma is a gift that a person is born with.

I can surprise or even delight you: Charisma is not a gift at all, but a skill! As a professional opera singer, I can state this confidently, showing a lot of examples. 

During my career, I have analyzed many colleagues, great opera singers and actors, asking myself: what is so special about them? Why do the public love them? And often I saw that people love not for technique, beautiful words or promises, but precisely for charisma. Because

charisma is an energy which is created by an inner state of mind

It is this energy, called charisma, that is taught to actors from the first hour of class. However, not everyone succeeds in winning the love of the audience. Why? Because the audience is not deceived! It subtly feels the energy emanating from a person. 

Can everyone train charisma? Yes, of course. But this work involves working on yourself and managing your inner states. To help you train charisma I have recorded a video lesson: Charisma Formula. 

This lesson consists of 3 parts:

• In the first part you will learn how to regulate your thoughts and states for the right energy message (during speeches, reports or important conversations). It is the thoughts that shape the energetic message;
• In the second part you will learn how your attention affects the flow of thoughts and, as a result, your state and self-expression; 
• In the third part you will learn what generates more energy, namely seeing yourself in the future and building goals.  

The lesson is about 30 minutes. For each part I have prepared exercises and explanations on how to do them in order to train different states in yourself, increasing your energy message.
