Voice training begins with the base, that is, with the correct breathing.
In 27 years of practice, working in the theater, years of training, I often heard: Breathe correctly! Breathe with your diaphragm! However, none of my teachers could explain to me how to breathe correctly. And when I started working in the theater, where we rehearsed and sang for 8-10 hours a day, I realized how important it is to breathe correctly and to own your body to bear such a load.
Over the years, I've gathered a lot of information about breathing practices that are important to the strength of the voice. I've compiled them in this lesson where I
